Food to eat if you want to conceive a boy

In contrast from the X sperm, to conceive a boy you will need to create an alkaline environment to help the Y sperm perform much better, so that one of them can reach the egg first. So, food which contains potassium and sodium are good for you to add in your daily diet. For example foods that you can eat if you want to try for a boy include red meat, bananas and sweet corn.
